Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNUSED, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at love@bagrehab.com . Put RETURN REQUEST in the SUBJECT Heading. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 1273, Yucca Valley, CA 92286 (USA). Please insure the package for the proper amount and request a tracking number which must be submitted to us before a refund can be issued. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special Orders, Limited Editions, Customized Orders, and Personalized Items CANNOT BE RETURNED. No Exceptions. Please Double-Check Your Order BEFORE You Purchase to make sure it is correct. Please IMMEDIATELY email us - with the SUBJECT Heading URGENT! if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, or if you've noticed an error in your order request AFTER placing your order. All orders are processed either the same day or within 1 day of placing your order. If you have received a tracking number for your shipment, it is too late to make any changes and return shipping, if allowed, will be paid by the Customer, with an additional 20-percent re-stocking fee deducted from your payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All Exchanges are limited to stock on hand. Once an item is sold out, exchanges are not guaranteed.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
